Bumthang: Twenty-two participants from Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and India completed a ten-day regional boot camp on Wildlife study design and data analysis. It was organised at the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment (UWICE), Lamai Goempa which successfully completed on September 23.
The camp was intended for people who are involved in wildlife research using techniques such as presence/absence surveys or mark-capture or those who need to understand the results of this research. It was jointly organised by UWICE and Biodiversity Conservation Society of Sarawak (BCSS), Malaysia.
