Around twenty-one participants including from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, National Statistical Bureau and the Ministry attended it along with a team from ICIMOD.

The meeting discussed the CCIS concept note which covers overall strategic considerations and choices regarding purpose, partners and modalities for the envisaged RNR-CCIS to be implemented by the Council for RNR-Research of Bhutan.

Besides, various climate change information gaps and needs along with the responsibilities for the stakeholders were identified.
