27 October: Biosafety delegation from South Korea lead by Dr. Ho Min Jang, Director, Korean Biosafety Clearing House, Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIB) is in the country to discuss and explore possible future collaborations with Bhutan Biosafety Clearing House and other relevant stakeholders. During their visit, the delegation will meet officials from Ministry for Agriculture and Forests and visit various institutes at Paro, Thimphu. Punakha and Wangdue Phodrang dzongkhags.
The delegation will leave the country on 31 October.
