• Letter of Intention to Award

This has reference to our earlier letter no.DoA/FSAPP/03/2019-2020/773 dated 17/02/2020, informing the firms about the decision to re-tender the Construction of Distribution Network of Rateykhola Irrigation Scheme, under Dekiling Gewog, Sarpang Dzongkkag as all the firms were disqualified in technical evaluation. However, based on the written clarification sought by your firm on 20/02/2020 questioning the technical evaluation, the evaluation committee re-evaluated the tender and in doing so it was noted that the Annual Performance Score (APS) was wrongly assigned in the initial evaluation. With the re-evaluation your firm qualifies technically. The tender committee on 10/03/2020 decided accordingly in your favour and it is our intention to award the contract to your firm based on the revised evaluation report at the contract price of Nu. 10,933,230/- (ten million nine lakhs thirty three thousand two hundred and thirty) only. The other firms may like to seek clarification if any within 10 days from the date of receipt of this letter.
