Department of Agriculture with financial support from UNDP is organizing 12th FYP Consultation Workshop at Tashi Namgay Grand, Phuentsholing. The three days workshop from 3rd to 6th September, 2017 is been extended by a day for better consultation and target finalization. All the Programs Director from RDC’s and Central Agencies, Commodities coordinators and Specialist along with 20 DAO’s and Division Chiefs are attending the workshop which is being chaired by Hon’ble Director, DoA. The workshop is also being attended by CEO, FMCL and General Manager, FSD, BAIL.Apart from the finalization of targets and baselines for the 12th FYP the Department of Agriculture also signed Agency level APA with all the Program Directors/ Specialist Heads RDCs and Central Program. Some of the central programs were represented by senior officials.
September 4-6, Gelephu: The Regional Livestock Development Centre (RLDC), Zhemgang and the Department of Livestock (DoL) organised a three day training workshop on “Innovations for 12th FYP for east-central region.
The workshop was aimed to strengthen the coordination and linkage between RLDC, input farms, commodity centres and four Dzongkhags; mainstream annual performance targets and input requirements for 2017-18 and develop innovative projects for 12th FYP in the region.
Thimphu: About 98 participants from field offices and Thimphu attended a two day training program on Ethics and Integrity on August 24-25 at NRDCL Conference Hall. It was organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. .
The objective of the training was to sensitise on the ethics and integrity to enhance their ethical competence and professionalism besides strengthening the capacity of Administrative Assistant/HR Assistants to carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively thereby enhancing operational efficiencies.
