As endorsed during the 78th RNR-GNH Committee Meeting held on 7th February 2017, the Grievance Redressal Mechanism has been established in the Ministry and will come into force from 1 March 2017. The objectives of establishing Grievance Redressal Mechanism are:
- To provide clear and transparent framework to deal with grievances related to training.
- To provide reasonable opportunity to the affected civil servants to express grievances and have them redressed in a fair, transparent and prompt manner.
- To promote effective working relationships and environment leading to increased satisfaction on the job and resulting in improved productivity and efficiency of the organization.
