Lobeysa, 20 June: A three-week long competency course for the sale of pre-determined lists of veterinary medicines has started at the College of Natural Resources (CNR). Around 15 participants including ex-animal health workers and Class X pass candidates are attending it. They were nominated by the feed sale agents and farmer’s co-operatives and also the individuals interested to sale veterinary medicines.
The course is aimed to promote Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) through private sector development by sale of veterinary products/medicines by feed agents and to overcome the drug shortages while also creating employment opportunities.
