The orientation program for the sixth batch certificate course in Conservation, Environment and Forestry Studies at Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment (UWICE) began today. The new batch consists of thirty trainees including twenty boys and ten girls.
The Director and the management staff of the institute joined the program to welcome new trainees to the Institute. The Dean of training and academic affairs and some faculty members briefed the trainees on various teaching-learning facilities, hostel facilities, course curriculum, rules and regulation of the Institute, etc.
The two days orientation will end tomorrow the 2nd July, 2013 with campus familiarization.
