This is to notify the category of stagnated civil servants who fulfill the following criteria was approved to be considered for promotion beyond P5A till P3A from January, 2015 onwards as per the normal civil service promotion rules and schedule in BCSR 2012 by Royal Civil Service Commission conveyed vide RCSC/HRMD/13/2014/1259 dated 16 October, 2014.
- Has class X pass certificate
- Two years Diploma+9-12 months up-gradation courses
- Granted entry/promotion to grade 10(S2A) by RCSC upon completion of the up-gradation course with the prior approval from RCSC.
In this regard, all civil servants who are falling into above category are kindly requested to submit the following promotion documents latest by 25 October, 2014 to Human Resource Division.
A duly filled in promotion forms, in all respects including EID, training details, Extra Ordinary Leave/Secondment, last date of promotion, etc. must be submitted along with performance evaluation forms and, Audit and Security Clearance certificates with validity as on 1st January, 2015. Performance Evaluation Forms should be submitted as per Annexure shown below.
