Enhancing MoAF’s Accountability to its Stakeholders
As a part of overall monitoring and evaluation process, the MoAF has developed a feedback mechanismÂ to be housed and managed by CoRRB. Â The mechanism comprising of online system, voice and fax feedback though toll free hotline number 198,Â will receive, collate, analyze and respond to feedbacks received from stakeholders on a timely basis. Such feedback systematically analyzed can be fed to the senior management of the MoAF in the form of briefs which can be used as management tools. This will be an approach to assess the policies and implementation of RNR services to the scrutiny of clients especially the farmers, extension agents and other stakeholders to enhance MOAFâ€™s accountability to the stakeholders.
Feedback will be received in the form of â€śopinion, suggestions, comments, observations, complain, and queriesâ€ť related to MOAF’s Programs and ProjectsÂ in the areas of:
i) Technologies ii) Delivery of services and iii) Policies.
