Internal Audit Unit

Overview

The mission of Internal Audit Unit is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systemic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

The unit is also mandated to follow up with Departments and Agencies for taking corrective measures where major lapses and deficiencies were reported for improvement in the management system.
