The Program Director for NMC, Mr. Dawa Penjor highlighted the importance of management plan once the venture takes up on a commercial scale. The discussions also centered on the need to form farmer’s group/cooperatives and agreement signing on Matsutake marketing accordingly. The DAMC officials shared the role, farm shops can play in this venture as a collection point, equipment hiring facilities and a market outlet.
