Agriculture survey is conducted annually by RSD, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests to gather a comprehensive information on agricultural households pertaining to crop area, production and yield of principal crops viz: cereals, oilseeds and legumes, vegetables, fruit crops, roots and tubers, and other permanent crops in the country.
