As part of Exit Management, the Ministry of Agriculture & Forest has initiated a system to gather feedback and recommendations from the exiting civil servants from the civil service through exit interview. The objective of initiating such system is basically to gather and understand the key strengths and weaknesses of the agency with regards to its performance wherein the feedback will be used to improve the current existing system.
Besides, thanking civil servants for their commitment and contribution, during the exit interview, questions were asked to get views on what is working well, what is not working well and recommendation for improvement. A first of its kind was carried out with Ms. Kinley Pelden, Chief Regulatory and Quarantine Officer, Bhutan Agriculture and Food Regulatory Authority who resign from service after serving 17 years of dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. In order to fulfill the above objectives, these good practices of Exit Management Interview will be conducted for every civil servants separating from the service.
