The Policy and Planning Division, Ministry of Agriculture & Forests would like to invite expression of interest (EOI) from eligible applicants for the following post for the Rural Enterprise and Youth Employment Project funded by Japan Social Development Fund through World Bank.
Post: Project Manager
Period of assignment: The project is for 3 years. The Project Manager will be initially recruited for 1 year which will be renewed annually based on performance.
Qualification: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management or, Commerce or, Rural Development or Development Studies along with good working knowledge of spoken and written English and local language
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience working with Youth employment or similar project
Post: Sub-Grant Manager
Period of assignment: The project is for 3 years. The Sub-Grant Manager will be initially recruited for 1 year which will be renewed annually based on performance
Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management or Commerce with good working knowledge of spoken and written English and local language
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with knowledge of working with Grant projects
Post: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Period of assignment: The project is for 3 years. The M&E Officer will be initially recruited for 1 year which will be renewed annually based on performance
Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or Commerce with good working knowledge of spoken and written English and local language
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven knowledge of working on M&E
