The Sealed quotation must be submitted in hard copy on or before 15/04/2019 by11.00 AM and the same will be opened on the same day at 11.30 AM (BST) in presence of the interested bidders or their representative in the chamber of the Imprest Administrator, MoAF. The preference shall be given to the bidder offering the cheapest and the most direct route with confirmed booking on the specified date of travel.

March 12-14, Thimphu: At the ongoing 14th Round Table Meeting (RTM) organised by the Royal Government of Bhutan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests (MoAF) in collaboration with European Union (EU), New Delhi organised Bhutan-EU Cooperation side event at Royal Banquet Hall. The opening of side event was graced by His Excellency Achim Steiner, UNDP Administrator and UN Under-Secretary General and the Hon’ble Foreign Minister, Dr. Tandin Dorji.
The stall displayed glimpses of EU partnership with Royal Government of Bhutan in the Renewable Natural Resource Sector including the EU Technical Cooperation Project, Rural Development and Climate Change Response Programme, ICIMOD Himalica Project, EU – International Cooperative Alliance regional project and EU ITC Trade Project.
