MAGIP conduct its first Annual Outcome Survey (AOS)
Training Participants with Project Staff and IFPRI Resource Two-day Annual Outcome Survey (AOS) training is underway at Samdrup Jongkhar organized by Project Coordination Unit (PCU) of the Market Access and Growth Intensification Project (MAGIP). As per the MAGIP design and project financing agreement, the project is required to undertake Annual Outcome Survey (AOS) commencing second year of the project. The AOS for MAGIP with grant support from the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) based in New Delhi, India is planned from March 7-24th, 2014 in selected project areas using hand held devices Nexus 7 tablet. Broadly the objectives of the AOS are to measure changes at the household level in terms of livelihoods and food security during the project period, assess target efficiency, provide evidences for the success or failure of project and provide timely performance information necessary to undertake corrective actions.
