    1. Duly filled Civil Service Employment Application Form;
    2. Academic Mark Sheet;
    3. Training Transcripts;
    4. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card;
    5. Valid Security Clearance;
    6. Medical Certificate;
    7. Any other certificates of experience/excellence if any;
    8. No Objection certificate from the employer, if employed.

Interested and eligible consultancy firms can submit EoI to the Procurement Officer, Procurement Section, MoAF with the following documents;
