    RCSC would like to inform you that the Commission during its 65th Commission meeting held on 07/06/2016, decided that a civil servant can avail the accumulated earned leave maximum up to 90 at a stretch, provided the relevant authority approves it.

    Further, a civil servant must remember that as per section 10.5.1 a civil servant cannot claim leave as a matter of right.

  • Asset Declaration Notice (Urgent)

    In keeping with the Rule 22 of the Asset Declaration Rule 2012, the Administration and Finance Division, MoAF would like to share the list of employees (List Attached) who have failed to declare Asset for the year 2015 within deadline (31st March,2016). In this regard, the Non-Declarant officials shall be laible for fine of Nu 125 per day with effect from 1st May, 2016 till the date of declaration.

    As per Rule 43, Chapter VI of AD Rules 2012, “If a covered person fails to declare or provide complete information under these Rules after expiry of a month after the due date with out reasonable justifications, he or she shall be levied a fine equivalent to one day’s daily minimum national wage every day unitl such failure subsists”
