    As per the decision of the 86th Commission Meeting held on 6th December, 2016, the deadline for the submission of leadership feedback has been extended till December 31, 2016. All civil servants above S5 A level are requested to fill in the feedback before the deadline. As per the directives of the Commission, civil servants who do not fill in the feedback will not be eligible for HR actions such as promotion, training, etc.

    The Management in the Agencies and the HR Officers are to ensure that all the staff in the Agencies provide feedback before the deadline.

  • CNR Diploma and Engineer Shortlisted Announcement and Interview Schedule

    In line with the endorsement of the Ministry during its 254th HRC Meeting held on 29th November 2016, the Ministry is pleased to announce the shortlisted candidates and the selection interview schedule for the various posts announced vide letter no. MoAF/HRD/DoA/2/2016/3023 dated 7th November 2016.

  • Office order

    As per clause 14.5.4, Chapter 14 of BCSR 2012, it states that a civil servant who is transferred shall be relieved within 30 days from the date of issue of the transfer order and shall assume the new responsibilities immediately on expiry of the admissible joining time unless otherwise approved by the HR Committee. However, it has been noticed that there is an increasing case of noncompliance to the transfer orders issued by the Ministry.

    Therefore, the concerned agencies are hereby directed to adhere to above clause and Notification issued by the Ministry of Finance vide letter no. DNB/R-Notification/2014-15/553 dated 5th December 2014. Further, civil servants failing to abide by Transfer Order shall be liable for administrative actions as per clause 14.9.2 chapter 14 of BCSR 2012.
