  • Office order

    The departments/non-departmental agencies of this Ministry are kindly requested to adhere to the following:

    1. On the visit of Foreign Guest(s) to the Ministry, the departments/non-departmental agencies concerned shall henceforth submit comprehensive report to Hon’ble Lyonpo within one week after the visit is completed.
    2. All officials availing ex-country trainings/meetings/seminars/workshops/tours or any ex-country travels shall first submit its report to the respective departments/non-departmental agencies concerned within 3 days on completion of the travel period. The respective departments/non-departmental agencies concerned shall further submit the report to HRD within two days for further submission to the Ministry. The officials concerned failing to abide by this requirement shall be dealt as per BCSR 2012.

    All are requested to kindly comply with the above.

  • Announcement

    RCSC would like to inform you that the Commission during its 65th Commission meeting held on 07/06/2016, decided that a civil servant can avail the accumulated earned leave maximum up to 90 at a stretch, provided the relevant authority approves it.

    Further, a civil servant must remember that as per section 10.5.1 a civil servant cannot claim leave as a matter of right.
