  • Medium scale Feed Mill inaugurated in the East

UntitledTrashigang: A medium scale feed plant was inaugurated in Namla by the Hon’ble Lyonpo Norbu Wangchuk, Ministry of Economic Affairs on September 20.

The 32 ton capacity feed mill will produce cattle, pig and poultry feeds and will supply them to the six eastern Dzongkhags of Trashigang, Trashiyangtse, Mongar, Lhuentse, Pemagatshel and Samdrupjongkhar.  Over the past, the supply of concentrate feeds was quite erratic in the east owing to long distance transportation of feeds from other feed companies. Thus, it is expected to solve the earlier feeds related issues in the east.
