    This is to inform that the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) vide letter No. RCSC/WS-3/2016/2237 dated January 28, 2016 has decided to extend the deadline for non-respondents by one month (till February 28, 2016) to register as CSWS members using form 3.1, or opt out using form 3.6. Failure to respond within this final deadline will now result in civil servants being out of the CSWS permanently.

    Please note that this will not apply to those who have already opted out of the CSWS.

  • Notification on online Asset Declaration for the year 2015

    This is to inform that the Asset Declaration for the year 2015 starts from 1st of February till 31st March, 2016. In this regard, MoAF would like remind all covered person and employees who falls under the scope of Schedule II under Departments/Divisions/Agencies and filed offices are hereby reminded to file their Annual Asset Declaration for the Year 2015 online by logging onto the Anti-Corruption Commission’s website by 30 March, 2016. Those covered persons falling under the Schedule II public servant shall file their declaration with the Ministry (while registration, for they shall select Schedule II under Schedule Category), while Schedule I public servants will file with the ACC. After the expiry of one month grace period on April 30, 2016, a fine equivalent to one day’s national daily minimum wage (Nu. 125 per day) shall be levied every day until the complete declaration as per clause 45, Chapter VI of Asset Declaration Rules 2012.
